Kaizer Chiefs returned to winning ways in the DStv Premiership following a 2-0 win against Golden Arrows at Moses Mabhida Stadium on Saturday.

Caleb Bimenyimana opened the scoring for Chiefs as early as the 14thย minute. It was his seventh of the season and became the leading top scorer.

Edmilson Dove opened his Kaizer Chiefs account with a goal in the 28th minute to make it 2-0 before half time.

Just like in the first half, Golden Arrows dominated play but failed to make anything out of it.

The victory takes Chiefs to fourth on the log position with 24 points from 14 matches. They are seven points behind log leaders Mamelodi Sundowns having played a match more.

Arrows on the other hand are 10th with 16 points from 14 matches.
