DStv Premiership defending champions Mamelodi Sundowns have broken another league record following their win against TS Galaxy. Masandawana beat Galaxy 2-0 at Mbombela Stadium on Tuesday evening.

Rushine De Reuck and Peter Shalulile scored the two goals for the current log leaders while Galaxy pulled one back during the referees optional time via a penalty by Junior Traore.

It was a 13th straight win for Sundowns who have now stretched their point tally to 19. Downs have 49 points from 19 matches while second places Richards Bay have 30 from 17 matches.
