Former Orlando Pirates defender Rooi Mahamutsa has signed for VTM in the Botswana Premier League until the end of the season.
Mahamutsa has been without a club since parting ways with now defunct TS Sporting at the end of the 2021/22 season. This was after the club got relegated to the SAFA ABC Motsepe League level.
The 41-year-old was unveiled by the club on Sunday.

“Petrus Rooi Mahamutsa was here with the purpose of motivating the players as well as sharing his experience,” the club said in a statement.
“With what he displayed, on the field of play during training sessions we were left with no option but to sign him,” said VTM FC manager Boitshepo Littah.
