“That suits me very well because my persona doesn’t dwell in the past. I have seen newspaper articles, comments on social media and people trying to draw comments from me on what happened back then. I am not going back there, I am focused on the future.”

Ncobo was referring to the controversial circumstances that he left in 2009. This is after he had failed a lie detector after accusing a former referee of match-fixing.

BACK TO SERVE A UNIQUE ORGANISATION

“I am back to serve and I am looking at where I can make a contribution to ensure that the PSL sustains the current stand as a brand that has been able to work together and grow from here in whatever contribution I am able to do.”

“This is a very unique organization. Unique in the sense that there is only one professional league in this country. It’s not competing with anyone, it’s competing against itself and its success.”
