The University of Western Cape stole the show in the SAFA Hollywoodbets Super League match in week six when they whipped Ma-Indies 5-0 at Giyani Stadium, Limpopo.   

Another weekend has been wrapped up with enthralling encounters that came with surprises and disappointments for some teams.

The University of Johannesburg was the first side to walk away with disappointing results after being stunned by Richmond United in a match that ended with a 3-1 scoreline.  

City Lads picked up important maximum points on the road following their 4-0 victory against Thunderbirds.   

In the Capital City, Mamelodi Sundowns have gone back to their winning ways after scoring one goal from a penalty that separated these sides on Saturday at Groenkloof Stadium.

Ma-Indies embarrassed at home 

Meanwhile, in Giyani it was raining goals and unfortunately the home side Ma-Indies couldn’t get one behind UWC.  

TS Galaxy continues to prove they are indeed one side that can never be underestimated. They held another experienced team, JVW FC in a 1-1 draw right in their backyard.   

First touch Ladies redeemed themselves against Coal City Wizards, winning the match 3-1 in the last match on Saturday.   

And on Sunday, Durban Ladies won 3-1 against Copperbelt Ladies and in another fixture. Royal AM played a 0-0 draw against TUT FC.
